There will be National service or community service for all youngsters who haven't a job. We will build a fleet of sailing ships like The Lord  Nelson to give youngsters a chance to grow as members of a team, visiting third world countries to carry out useful projects.There will be Community Service for any one claiming The Dole, with an identity card to stop the fraud and black market.

These ideas are only a broad base that we have formulated after speaking to thousands of ordinary English People, and The Roar Party which stands for referendum and reform will happily change its ideas to the wishes of its members.

We want to hear the roar from the English People.
